How long does production take?
Printed products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days before your item ships.
Where do you ship?
Idle Hours Co. currently ships within the United States. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
How do I track an order?
A tracking number is sent by email when your order leaves the facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.
