Shipping policy

Processing time

Our printed products are made to order, not held in stock. Please allow 2-7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Items shipped from our US warehouse are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping times and cost

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

Wrong, damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, email northstonegroup2@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once production has started, and we are not able to cover reshipping costs for an address entered incorrectly.
